Meet The Management
John-Henry Lee:
John-Henry is the Shane Lee’s eldest son. John cooked his first piece of fish at just eleven years old at Jhenrys in Hedge, which was named after him. The Lee family acquired the codather in 1999 just in time for John, who was leaving school. At just 16 years old, John was assistant manager under his grandfather, Henry Lee, and soon became manager when his granddad wanted to take a bit more of a back seat. As the Lee empire grew, it was John’s job to always launch the new sites and get the shop up & running. John is now settled at Best Fry with an amazing team of staff.
Adrian:
Adrian is the manager of Best Fry and started to work for the Lee family in 2022 but has a lot of experience in the restaurant and takeaway industry. He has helped Best Fry maintain the high level of excellent food, service, and cleanliness. As well as amazing staff training.
