Mike Isaac: The Owner and Manager of Mike’s. Working in the industry since the age of 16, Mike has over 15 years experience and has prepared and served literally millions of meals! Starting out at The Codfather in Hedge End back in 2009, Mike worked in every one of the Lee Family’s shops, until he took the opportunity to go into business with the Lee’s and opened Mike’s Traditional Fish & Chips in 2019. 

Jess Isaac: Mike’s younger sister and Assistant Manageress. Worked with Mike at Sonny’s in Fair Oak and Moved with him to Mike’s in 2019. Jess has a great rapport with customers and provides a smiley, friendly greeting to regulars and new visitors alike. Jess is an experienced friar who, along with Jacob, takes excellent charge of the shop when Mike’s not around. 

Jacob Grigg: Mike’s right hand man and Assistant Manager. Jacob began working with Mike back in 2018 and became Assistant Manager after showing great talent and commitment. Jacob is a very experienced friar and a natural leader, working with Jess to run the shop on Mike’s days off. 

Emma Isaac: Mike’s youngest sister and Shop Supervisor. Emma has worked at Mike’s almost since the beginning and has shown a great willingness to learn. She was appointed as Supervisor and continues to learn about the industry and take on more responsibility as a senior member of Mike’s team.
